Yes, unless the image is represented by a gallery.  In that case you would purchase from that gallery, and may negotiate with them.  The prices listed on my site for represented work reflect those in galleries representing it.

If you are ordering several images for an office, or from a series to form a cohesive display in your living room, for example, definitely.
