I find myself slowly developing a series of images of people in moments of passage. This one was created in the Ancient City section of Kashgar, China. I came across a group of children playing in this intersection, did my usual photo request via sign language of a sort, showed them the results, & then hung around until I became invisible to them. After about 20 minutes or so, the others left and this little girl took a second to decide which road to take. The sun moved a degree to illuminate the area and I captured this moment.
